Goyal describes Nugget as an AI-powered low-cost, highly customisable autonomous customer support solution that can be deployed without writing a single line of code.
“Built over three years as an internal tool, Nugget now powers 15M+ support interactions per month for Zomato, Blinkit, and Hyperpure. We’re now opening it up to businesses worldwide—90% of companies who’ve seen Nugget have signed up,” Goyal wrote in his X post.

Nugget is the first product from Zomato Labs, an incubator for in-house innovation.
According to the details shared, Nugget can resolve up to 80% of queries autonomously while reducing resolution time by 20%. It also can learn and adapt in real-time and can be deployed by any business, even without a developer team, as it requires no additional programming.
Nugget is currently live and has already powered over 15 million customer interactions on platforms like Zomato, Blinkit, and Hyperpure with 99.99% uptime. Interested businesses can now sign up via nugget.zomato.com. While Zomato has not shared any financial details, Nugget is said to be a cost-effective solution.
The capabilities of Nugget’s AI-powered customer support chatbot include accurate image classification—a useful feature for platforms like food delivery services to deliver faster resolutions—quality audits, and intelligent conversations.
