MARGAO, APRIL 29: Vasco Sports Club Goa has lodged a protest with the All India Football Federation against State Bank of Travancore SBT, Kerala, for fielding two players, who have played for other clubs this season, in the final stage of the national football league.
Vasco lost to SBT 3-0.

Vasco said SBT8217;s Vinu Joseph was registered for FC Kochin, and has played for them in Durand Cup, Federation Cup and the local league, while Asrif is registered for one of the local clubs.
The AIFF rule says a player cannot play for two clubs in the same season and the team fielding him will be suspended from the tournament.
