NEW DELHI, November 27: 25-year-old Vipin Kumar was arrested for attempting to murder his 22-year-old wife, Santosh, in Laxmi Nagar on Thursday night. Vipin allegedly doused her with alcohol and set her on fire after she apparently failed to get dowry of Rs 1 lakh and a scooter. She suffered 30 per cent burns.
