Railways Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav is used to people dancing to his tune. This need not be a mere metaphor if he attends a musical talent hunt show currently being aired by a private satellite channel. Requesting Lalu to be the chief guest at the programme, the makers of the show have assured him that participants will sing the minister’s favourite songs on the day. Having already made an appearance on a programme based on achievers in life and on a radio show, Lalu, sources say, is not likely to say no to the request considering his penchant for the limelight. The problem, they say, may come from the fact that the minister may actually want to play a judge on the show.
