Accentuated melodiesIt was indeed a thumping welcome to a new year at the Osho International Meditataion Resort as the party frenzy of the revelers amalgamated with the spiritual trance to dispel gloom with celebrations. The international meditators from over 30 countries danced, sang and played some famous Bollywood numbers emulating conventional Bollywood steps and expressions that had the audience go ecstatic with cheers and giggles. Over 85 dancers from Taiwan, Italy, Greece and other countries danced to the hip hop tunes of top Bollywood chartbusters of last year. Songs like Singh is King, Bachna ae Hasino and Pehli nazar mein kept the atmosphere upbeat. Teri Oar, was another hit and was sung by Satyam. However the popular number from Rock On sung by Arosha and Divyum stole the show with the audience getting on the dance floor. Held under a starlit sky at Buddha Grove, the Bollywood parody, Rockin' In had a musical love story as its theme.
