DIRECTOR: Michael Davis

This is a no-brainer, no-pretence, no-attempt-at-political-correctness, all-out shooting spree which is either seeking gun control or saying f o to all those who do. Take your pick.

And while you are at it, try to enjoy sequences of people being spliced through with carrots, babies being delivered in the midst of a shootout, babies having their umbilical cords cut with a gunshot, babies left in the middle of busy highways, lactating prostitutes luring customers with breast milk, and men getting their fingers broken.

Owen, you see, was once considered as the next James Bond. As Mr Smith, he gets to do more, lots more. To his credit and 0078217;s loss, he almost makes it all believable.
