CHANDIGARH, Feb 8: A 16-member Punjab weightlifting team, including seven in the women , will take part in the fifth National Games to be held at Manipur from February 14.

Team
Men: Micky Batta, Jasbir Singh, Gurcharan Singh, Kuldeep, Jatinder Singh, Sukhjinder Singh, Manjeet, Dalbir Singh and Baghat Ram.

Women: Amrit Kaur, Sukhbir Bal, Sunaina, Jaspreet, Loveleen Kaur, Sonia and Maninder Kaur.

Jaspal Singh and RS Phore will accompany the teams as officials.

Jasbir to lead
Jasbir Singh will lead 12-member Chandigarh boxing team in the Manipur National Games.

Team
Anand, Om Prakash, Parmod Singh, Devinder Negi, Dalip Singh, Varinder Dangi, Harvinder Singh, Ravi Katoch, Aman Awasti, Vikas Bhardwaj, Rish Pal, Jasbir Singh. Kuldip Singh and Balkar Singh will accompany the team as officials.

Meanwhile, six-member team tennis team, including three women are participating in the National Games.
