Dhartipakad dead

Bareilly: Kaka Joginder Singh alias Dhartipakad, who contested a oround 350 elections, died in a hospital here this morning. He was 80. Kaka was hospitalised after an attack of paralysis on December 19. Singh had become a popular and interesting figure on the poll scene by contesting a record 350 elections, including those for president, Lok Sabha, Rajya Sabha, Vidhan Sabha and Vidhan Parishad.
