Central Railway triumph

NEW DELHI, Jan 18: Holders Central Railway Mumbai routed Chittaranjan Locomotive Works 4-1 to move into the quarter-finals of the 55th All-India Railway Football championship at Asansol today.

In other match North East Railway Gorakhpur were held to a draw by Locomotive Works Varanasi, according to information received here.

At Dhanbad Bihar fancied Integral Coach Factory ICF, Chennai, were held to a goalless draw by North Frontier Railway Maligoan. ICF dominated the proceedings but had to split points as their strikers missed three easy chances.
