Do you like doing squats? While it is the fastest way to burn fat, it may not be your most loved exercise. Something Bollywood actor and fitness enthusiast Rakul Preet Singh, who shared a video of herself doing side-to-side moving squats, agrees.
She captioned the post on Instagram, “Me: let’s go easy!! @toughtaskmaster Sure do this … ???? #DEATH #mft”
This type of squat is known to activate several muscle groups simultaneously, working the legs, glutes and core. While squats help increase performance and flexibility, the side to side movement improves dynamic balance and agility.
The actor’s training is part of the Stud Training workout — a set of high intensity exercises without fancy machines — developed by Gladrags Best Body 2003 Harrison James, founder of MFT or My Fitness Trainer studio. The training is known to give instant results without torturous diet plans and supplements.
