Star-studded
Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn, Hrithik Roshan, Prabhudheva and Ranveer Singh hip hop in choreographer Ganesh Acharya’s Hey Bro

In a casting coup of sorts, choreographer Ganesh Acharya has managed to rope in Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn, Hrithik Roshan, Prabhudheva and Ranveer Singh to come together for a song in his film Hey Bro. While the shooting of film, which took off in May, wrapped up last week, the hip hop track is still to be completed. “I have already shot with Prabhudheva and Ranveer and will be shooting with the other actors soon but on separate days. They are not playing themselves but are just part of the song,” said Acharya.
The film, says Acharya, is about twin brothers; one played by the choreographer himself and the other by an actor called Mahinder, who is in the role of a cop. “I play a character called Gopi. A comedy and emotional drama, the film will have a lot of dance in it,” he said adding that Govinda is playing a cameo in the film. “He is playing a drunkard on the street,” informed Acharya.
The film, which is scheduled to release next year, is being produced by the choreographer’s wife, Vidhi Acharya and is directed by Ajay Chandok who directed Chatur Singh Two Star.
