Talking about the present Governor Rule in the state, Abdullah said the rule is imposed when there is no numbers, which is also called the Breakdown of Constitutional Order, where there is no possibility of the formation of a government.

Udhampur/Mandi (Himachal Pradesh), Feb 22 (ANI): The last rites of Captain Tushar Mahajan, who was martyred while fighting the terrorists at Pampore in Jammu and Kashmir, was performed with full military honours in Udhampur on Monday. Captain Mahajan was injured on Friday when he was leading a team to smoke-out the terrorists holed up inside a building near Srinagar. He succumbed to the injuries at 92 Base Hospital last evening. Meanwhile, last rites of Havaldar Raj Kumar Rana were performed by his daughter in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh.
