A screenshot of a Tinder profile, in which a person has extensively listed his academic achievements, is going viral. In his Tinder bio, the person has not only said he works at Infosys and graduated from IIT Bombay but also added his JEE rank along with Class 10 and Class 12 scores. That he was awarded scholarships like NCERT’s National Talent Search Examination and DST’s Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana also made way in the profile. Many netizens seemed amused by this disclosure which they said was more suited for networking and job-seeking platforms like LinkedIn rather than dating apps like Tinder. While sharing a screenshot of this now-viral profile, a Twitter user Indian Chan (@indianchan_) wrote, “All that for Infosys. Bro is robbed. ”. This tweet soon went viral with hundreds of likes. Weighing in on it, a Twitter user commented, “Maybe he got exhausted in all these studies only so he chose to settle down with infosys..Its not about big package but also about job security as well..” Commenting on this tweet, a Twitter user wrote, “Why do Indian men think going to some college is what girls find attractive. His Tinder looks more like a Linkedin”. Another person observed, “its just sad, man has no hobbies or any other thing besides academics to write in tinder bio.”
