Bryan Johnson, popular as ‘anti-ageing’ influencer, recently raised awareness about the addictive nature of fast food and the health issues it can lead to. The US millionaire highlighted the harmful effects of the food served by Chick-fil-A, an American fast-food chain known for its chicken sandwiches. On Sunday, Johnson shared a Bollywood meme featuring Salman Khan to explain how the body feels after having junk food.

The post garnered over 6,14,000 views, prompting numerous reactions from social media users. “every singlet time i eat fast food i feel the same. i feel a sense of excitement before eating it, but after the first bite it just feels so incredibly bland at best. then finish it due to sunk cost fallacy,” a user wrote. “Yeah. I ordered Domino’s tonight. First time in a few years. They’ve gone down hill in every aspect. Total regret for multiple reasons,” another user commented.

“Salman Khan doesn’t age..sorry Bryan,” a third user reacted.

Last week, Johnson shared that he doesn’t consume coffee and other stimulants to start his day. He explained his reasoning on content creator Jay Shetty’s podcast. “I do not drink coffee. My emotions and intellect now are so steady, from quality sleep, a good diet and routine exercise, that anything that creates a rollercoaster of change, I avoid. And so, I don’t do caffeine, I don’t do nicotine, no stimulants… and my mood is just stable all day long… it is beautiful,” he said.
