Bank Holiday in India: Banks will be closed today, Thursday, December 18, on account of the death anniversary of U SoSo Tham, as per the Reserve Bank of India’s (RBI) 2025 holiday calendar.

There is a total of 18 official bank holidays scheduled for December 2025, including mandatory weekly days off on the second Saturday and Sunday of each month.
