John Abraham is likely to host Survivor that is to be aired on Star Plus,and Jeff Probst,who hosts the US version,is looking forward to the Indian adaptation.
Jeff,who has also been signed for the 23rd and the 24th season of the U.S. Survivor,says, Im really excited about watching the Indian version. The idea of adventure is not limited to the U.S and neither is the show. It clearly has an universal appeal. Im curious how the social politics in India will differ from the U.S.
When asked for tips on how the Indian version should pan out,Jeff says,I think the format is the key. Get a group of strangers from different walks of life and force them to work together to survive while they battle against each other and the elements. Thats the basic concept which works. In the Indian version,the only other thing they will have to do is to stay out of the way of the format and dont over produce it 8211; just let it play.
