According to trade tracker Sacnilk, while Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu has earned Rs 175.25 crore worldwide, including Rs 143.25 crore (gross) in India and Rs 32 crore overseas, The Raja Saab has collected Rs 188.75 crore worldwide, with Rs 155.55 crore (gross) coming from India and Rs 33.2 crore from overseas markets.
The Raja Saab box office update
On its opening day, The Raja Saab collected Rs 53.75 crore across all languages, followed by Rs 26 crore on Day 2 and Rs 19.1 crore on Day 3. The horror-comedy recorded its lowest numbers so far on Monday and has since been minting single-digit figures.
According to industry tracker Sacnilk, on Day 8, the film earned Rs 3.5 crore in India, taking its total net domestic collection to Rs 133.75 crore. It recorded an overall occupancy of 34.88% in Telugu. Morning shows registered 21.57% occupancy, while afternoon shows stood at 37.57%. Evening shows recorded 43.54%, and night shows saw 36.85%. In the Hyderabad region, theatre occupancy stood at 37.75% across 163 shows. Bengaluru, meanwhile, had 71 shows with 16% occupancy. The overall Hindi occupancy was just 7.45%.
The Raja Saab is directed by Maruthi and produced by People Media Factory. Besides Prabhas, the film also stars Sanjay Dutt, Malavika Mohanan, Nidhhi Agerwal, Boman Irani, and Riddhi Kumar in key roles.
Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu box office update
After a strong opening of Rs 32.25 crore, Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu saw a dip on Day 2 (Tuesday), collecting Rs 18.75 crore. The film’s collections have remained steady since then, with neither a major jump nor a sharp decline. However, it is expected to pick up over the weekend.
On Day 5, the film earned Rs 18.5 crore in India, taking its total net domestic collection to Rs 120.35 crore. It recorded an overall Telugu occupancy of 60.70%, with morning shows at 43.26%, afternoon shows at 60.69%, evening shows at 72.21%, and night shows at 66.63%. In the Hyderabad region, the film ran across 567 shows and recorded 70.25% occupancy. Bengaluru, meanwhile, had 444 shows, registering 24.5% occupancy.
Directed by Anil Ravipudi, Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu also stars Nayanthara in the lead, along with a cameo appearance by Venkatesh. The film is backed by Shine Screens and Gold Box Entertainments.
