Mamata turns down Saugata resignation

West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee has rejected the resignation of her advisor on commerce and industries Saugata Roy.

West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee has rejected the resignation of her advisor on commerce and industries Saugata Roy.

Industries Minister Partha Chatterjee called Roy a valued colleague with whom I had no differences of opinion.

Roy said in Delhi,I was in Parliament throughout the day and I received no communication from anybody.

Roy had resigned Wednesday following differences with Banerjee and Chatterjee on the issue of a new industrial policy of the government.
