Getting younger

Ranbir Kapoor celebrated his 28th birthday with co-star Priyanka Chopra and his fans at Mumbais K.C. College where they had been to promote their film Anjaana Anjaani. He cut a cake with his fans.

And as a gift,he got a brand new model of his favourite Blush Ford Vintage,a two-seater car costing Rs 1.2 crore from the team of Anjaana Anjaani. He also gifted himself an Audi.

At the same event at K.C. College,however,fans damaged Priyanka’s white Mercedes that would cost her a lakh to get it repaired.

Injured at work

Katrina Kaif suffered an injury while shooting for Yash Raj Films untitled film at Pataudi Palace in Haryana. Her co-star Imran Khan accidentally smashed the barrel of his gun on her nose which started bleeding immediately. The shooting was stopped and a doctor was called on the set and she was administered first-aid. Earlier too,she was hurt on the nose during the shoot of Ajab Prem Ki Ghajab Kahani.

Quality time

Shahid Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra were spotted spending quality time together in Goa recently. After returning to Mumbai on September 8 from the shoot of Fear Factor Khatron Ke Khiladi in Brazil,the duo took a one-day-trip to Goa the very next day.

Getting to know each other

Vivek Oberoi managed to spend some quality time with his fiancée Priyanka Alva in London. While the bride-to-be was there with her friends for some last minute shopping for her wedding,which is on October 29,Vivek was in the UK to perform at stage shows in London,Wembley Arena and Leicester. He also performed with Pakistani rock star Mustafa Zahid.

Water problem

Kareena Kapoors mother,actress Babita,along with the residents of Mayflower Building at Carter Road in Mumbai where she lives,have been complaining of getting water-supply which has been contaminated with worms.

A complaint has been filed with the BMC and some tankers were arranged to help the residents get water.
