Different dinner course

Every year the Union Cabinet Secretary throws a dinner party at his residence for civil servants posted in New Delhi. However,this years party was shifted at the last minute to Hotel Ashok. The reason: a severe thunderstorm was expected to hit New Delhi and it could spoil the arrangements for the party. While bureaucrats were more than happy with the change in the venue,it is another matter that the day passed off without any weather woes.
