The grapevine has it that Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee is so confident of capturing power from the Left in West Bengal that she has started finalising the names of her Cabinet members. Recently,she contacted one of her Ministers of State MoS one of the seniormost leaders in the party and told him that he would have to take charge of the Finance portfolio in West Bengal. The MoS,however,politely turned down the offer. People close to the MoS said he preferred Delhi over West Bengal as he wanted peace of mind.
