BJP to stage week-long stir in western UP

With their various demands related to Muzaffarnagar riots,including revocation of the National Security Act from party MLAs Suresh Rana and Sangeet Singh Som,the BJP is going to start a week-long agitation in western UP from October 2.

Beginning with a one-day dharna at the office of Muzaffarnagar District Magistrate,party leaders will stage a seven-day dharna at the office of Inspector General,Meerut Zone,from October 3 to 9.

UP BJP chief Laxmikant Bajpai said at least two MLAs and state office-bearers,two regional office-bearers and workers of at least two districts will stage dharna every day. BJP leader Surya Pratap Shahi will lead the dharna.
