Warrant issued

VADODARA, Sept 27: Civil Judge Narendra Nayak on Monday issued a warrant to Dean of the Baroda Medical College Dr D N Shah in a contempt of court case after the dean failed to surrender before the court. Shah had been sentenced to five days8217; civil imprisonment by the same court following a contempt petition filed by Dr Praveen Chaudhary who was refused admission to the Post graduate course despite the court directives.
