
CHANDIGARH, June 15: Vinod Sharma and Chetna Sharma will lead the Chandigarh boys and girls freestyle teams respectively in the junior National wrestling championship to be held at Udaipur from June 19 to 22. Dharaminder will lead the boy8217;s team for Greeco Roman style.

Girls: Freestyle: 43 kg: Sumita, 46 kg; Chetna Sharma, 50 kg: Ekta Dhillon, 54 kg: Vidha Sharma, 58 kg: Jyotsna.
Safrilal, Dharshan Sharma and Ramesh Kumar will accompany the teams as officials.
Jatinder shines
Jatinder Singh8217;s unbeaten knock of 32 runs and fine spell by Anil Choudhary 4 for 13 helped Industrial Cricket Club beat Youth Cricket Club, Derabassi by 40 runs in the Ninth Bathany Cup cricket, held yesterday at CRPF ground.
ICC won the toss and decided to bat. Jatinder8217;s unbeaten knock of 34 runs which came off 19 balls helped the team to reach a respectable score of 172 in the allotted 25 overs for the loss of six wickets. Yadvinder 31, Anil Choudhary 22 and Rajeev Dutta 21 were the other batsmen to score for the team. In reply Youth CC were all out for 132 in the 22nd over.
Anil Choudhary got four wickets while Aman took two for the winners.

Snooker meet
The Chandigarh Billiards and Snooker Association will organise Open Prize Money snooker tournament in memory of Vishnu Pal Singh from June 29 at the Billiards Coaching Centre, SCF-15, second floor, Sector 22-D.
According to a press release, entries close with PK Duggal, secretary CBSA on June 26 at 7 p.m., at the venue.
