Top seed Sumit moves into final

In the other final, second seed Param Pun of CLTA scrapped past fourth seed Paramveer Baweja of Yadvindra Public School 4-1, 1-4, 5-3 in a match which saw Pun saving seven match points.

Pun completely dominated the first set claiming it with a margin of 4-1 before Baweja fought his way back into the game by claiming the second set 4-1. Paramveer was leading 3-1 in the final set before Pun fought his way back and claimed the final set 5-3 to advance into the final.
