Lucknow, April 29: Sudhir Kumar of Uttar Pradesh defeated Dinesh Yadav of Gujarat in the 58-kg category of the 20th Junior National boys and second girls wrestling championship which entered the second day today.

Vidya Bhati lost to Manipur8217;s Evacha Devi by fall. In the other matches of the 68-kg category, Balwainder Kaur Haryana defeated Swati Chauhan Maharashtra by fall, while Sandhya Punjab defeated J Isha Sebastian Kerala.

In the 58-kg girls8217; category, Mamta Arya Delhi defeated Prem Shila Uttar Pradesh. Neetu Haryana defeated Parveen Rajasthan, L Kiran Chanu Manipur beat Puja Anand MP, Gurmeet Kaur Punjab beat P Preeti AP, Naina Rani Gujarat beat Raj Bala MNTL.
