Sports Day for disabled soldiers
The Queen Mary8217;s Technical Institute for Disabled Soldiers QMTI will organise a Sports Day for disabled soldiers on occasion of the World Disabled Day on December 3.

A total of 89 soldiers will participate in the event featuring wheel chair race, slow cycling 100m, basketball, volleyball, shot put, discus throw and javelin throw.

The best players will be selected from this meet to participate in the forthcoming Games for Disabled organised by NASEOH at Mumbai.

Taher to lead district V8217;ball team
Momhamad Taher will captain the Poona district volleyball team that has been announced by the Poona District Volleyball Association for participation in the 30th Maharashtra State Volleyball championship at Beed from December 4.
