Actor Varun Dhawan has finally reacted to the ongoing trolling of his smile on social media after Border 2 trailer and songs came out. In his Instagram LIVE session, he gave a tutorial of his smile to singer Vishal Mishra.

Shraddha Kapoor once claimed in an interview that her childhood friend Varun Dhawan “never gets sad” and has a very happy personality. It seems she was actually right because Varun is even unbothered by trolling. In the past few days, the actor was being attacked for the way he smiles on social media after his upcoming film Border 2’s ‘Sandese Aate Hain’ came out. He took it sportingly and decided to join the party by reacting to it.

On Wednesday, Varun Dhawan went live on his Instagram handle to interact with his fans while he was on his way to the Karwar Naval Base for the promotions of Border 2. After greeting everyone warmly, Varun, who was travelling with singer Vishal Mishra, looked at him and said, “I know my smile is trending.” The actor then did his own signature smile, after which the duo bursts out laughing.

Later on during the LIVE session, Varun guided the singer on how to do it, saying, “Give full smile and drop your smile from one side.” Vishal followed his instructions, and then both of them laughed out loud. Varun further added, “I am always smiling and happy. Poora Hindustan smile karaha hai mere saath (The entire country is smiling with me).”

It all started when Varun Dhawan’s smile was noticed by netizens in Border 2’s trailer and song videos, especially the reprised version of the iconic song, ‘Sandese Aate Hain’. It instantly went viral and social media was flooded with his mimicry reels. In other news, the actor also reacted to a netizen questioning his acting skills recently. In the comments section of his Border 2 Instagram post, a user asked, “Bhai aapki acting pe sawaal utha raha hai log, uske liye kya bolega?” “Yehi sawaal ne gaana hit kara diya. Sab enjoy kar rahe hain- rab di mehar,” Varun replied.

Talking about Border 2, directed by Anurag Singh, the film also features Sunny Deol, Diljit Dosanjh, and Ahan Shetty in lead roles. It is set to hit the theatres on January 23.
