Shopping complex inaugurated

CHANDIGARH, MAY 21: Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal today inaugurated north India8217;s largest shopping plaza at Sector 9. The shopping complex has all consumer goods under one roof. Former Indian skipper Kapil Dev was also present.

Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said that more Non-Resident Indians should come forward and invest in industries in Punjab. The Central government must come out with some good schemes to give the future generation a pollution-free life and to ensure the availability of all consumer goods without any kind of adulteration.

The basement of the complex has books and cards, while the ground floor has items like cosmetics and gift sets. The second floor has jeans and T-shirts. Sports equipment, video games and special gifts are on the top floor.
