MUMBAI, August 5: Three persons were arrested on charges of dealing with fake degree and share certificates at Fort on Wednesday.

Police nabbed Ramaswamy Pillay 37 near Welcome Hotel at Hutatma Chowk and recovered over 10,000 bogus share certificates worth nearly Rs 1 lakh.

Interrogation led to the arrest of his two associates, Ramjan Ali Ansari 29 and Tangraj Nadar 25. Fake HSC and degree certificates, bogus mark lists of universities of Mumbai, Pune, Kerala and Bangalore, stamps of various government offices were recovered from the duo.
