Moon Moon Sen was in town for a show put up by Mumbai8217;s Jeane and Rahul at the Ganesh Kala Krida Manch on March 21. Both are in line for the release of their individual pop albums. Having completed his graduation in economics alongwith a course in computers, Rahul actually burst on the Indipop scene when he opened the Diana King and Ricky Martin show, both held in Mumbai. Other than that, the talented 24-year-old has dabbled in theatre too.8220;Basically I am looking at musicals where I can combine both my singing and acting,8221; says the man who played the lead role in Joseph and his Technicolour Dreamcoat.

Jeanne Michael 27, on the other hand knew from the beginning that singing is her forte. Trained in Indian Classical, she8217;s been used to giving performances all through her school and college. Jeanne has also acted in Kalpana Lajmi8217;s The Dawn. 8220;I think the world of entertainment has never been more vibrant than it is now, 8221; says the gal.

Organised by Happy Home, the performances met with much appreciation from the audience. Even if much of the limelight was, understandably enough, stolen by Sen, who was constantly mobbed by autographs hunters. So much so the lady had to make a quiet exit mid-way, only to give her over worked hands a bit of respite.
