Worldwide, the film’s collection stands at Rs 1164 crore plus, including Rs 250 crore from overseas markets. Having crossed the Rs 1,100 crore mark, Dhurandhar has surpassed the box-office collections of Stree 2, Chhaava, Pathaan, and Pushpa 2, among others. It has also become the highest earning single-language film. As its successful box-office run continues, Dhurandhar now ranks as the seventh-highest-grossing Indian film of all time.
As per Sacnilk, earlier this week, the film also broke Shah Rukh Khan starrer Pathaan’s record in North America. On Tuesday, Dhurandhar crossed the $17.50 million mark, overtaking Pathaan’s collection in North America. After Baahubali 2 and Kalki 2898 AD, Dhurandhar is now the third biggest film in North America.
While Kapil Sharma’s Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 and Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday’s Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri failed to sustain their run at the box office amidst the Dhurandhar wave, Agastya Nanda’s Ikkis opened to great reviews on Thursday. With Dhurandhar continuing its strong run, the question is whether Ikkis will manage to pull in a respectable box-office haul. For now, it remains a wait-and-watch scenario.

Jawan earned over Rs 80 crore gross worldwide from the Tamil and Telugu dubs, while its worldwide Hindi gross was approximately Rs 1080 crore. Pushpa 2 earned Rs 967 crore gross in Hindi in India and approximately $15 million (Rs 120 crore) overseas, resulting in a worldwide gross of Rs 1087 crore for the Hindi version. Dhurandhar has crossed that too now, becoming the number 1 Hindi film ever.
With an estimated Rs 262 crore gross at the overseas box office in 27 days, Dhurandhar has emerged as the highest-grossing Indian film of 2025 which was certified as A-rated. the record was earlier held by Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal (Rs 257 crore).
Ranveer Singh's film Dhurandhar has entered the fifth week and has also witnessed a reduction in the show count across the nation due to the film Ikkis's release. After Ikkis hit the theaters on January 1, Dhurandhar's 1183 shows were reduced. Today, on day 29, over 200 more shows have been reduced, and the total show count is 8,682, which is still a superb number for a film running in its fifth week, as per Koimoi.
Trade site Sacnilk shared that by 3 pm, Dhurandhar earned around Rs 2.25 Cr India net on its 29th day for all languages.

PVR INOX, in association with Yash Raj Films is set to re-release Ranveer Singh’s debut film Band Baaja Baaraat on January 16, 2026. The film was originally released on December 10, 2010. Directed by Maneesh Sharma, the film marked the debut of Ranveer Singh alongside Anushka Sharma.

The Aditya Dhar directorial refuses to slow down even after being in theatres for nearly a month. On New Year's Day, the film earned Rs 15.75 crore, as per early estimates by trade tracker Sacnilk. It is a new record for a film to consistently stay in double digits even on the 28th day of its release. The previous record holder was Pushpa 2, which scored double digit collection of 21 days in Hindi but Dhurandhar has been doing it for 28 days straight.
Dhurandhar is eyeing Rs 1,200 crore globally and is likely to storm into the club by this weekend. The film is also likely to eclipse Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan with its lifetime global collection of Rs 1160 crore.

However, the film's makers Jio Studios are yet to share the final numbers while trade aggregator Sacnilk said that the film earned around Rs 15.75 crore as per early estimates.
Ikkis released on New Year's Day and observed an occupancy of around 32 percent. Dhurandhar, which has been in the theatres for 28 days, saw an overall occupancy of 35 percent.
Dhurandhar’s casting director Mukesh Chhabra spoke about the film’s casting process. He shared that Akshaye Khanna scolded Mukesh Chhabra when he first presented he role. Speaking to India Today, Mukesh admitted that Ranveer Singh was already onboard when he came on board as the casting director. However, this made it “impossible to get more stars” as the film already had one big star. “That’s just how the Mumbai film industry works,” he said. “It didn’t matter whether it was Danish Pandor, Rakesh Bedi, Akshaye Khanna or R Madhavan. Pakistanki actor Fawad Khan was set to star in director Aditya Dhar's film Raat Baaki, but after the 2016 Uri terrorist attack, Pakistani artistes were banned from India, leading to Fawad's exit and the film being shelved. During the promotions of Uri The Surgical Strike, Vicky Kaushal revealed that Aditya was planning to make a film with Pakistani actor Fawad Khan when the Uri attack happened. That's when Aditya Dhar researched the Uri attack and decided to make a script out of it. The film, Raat Baaki, never went into production.

Ranveer Singh-starrer has become perhaps the only Indian film to consecutively earn in double digits since its release and for 28 consecutive days now. Dhurandhar began its box office journey by earning Rs 28 crore on its opening day and has never dipped in single digits till now. Today, it enters its fifth week but is still doing much better than any fresh competition, whether Hindi films like Ikkis or Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri and Ikkis or Hollywood like Avatar 3.
Dhurandhar has now posted the record for the highest fourth-week collection ever recorded by an Indian film. It has done almost the double of its closest competitor Pushpa 2 that made Rs 53.75 crore in its fourth week. Dhurandhar's Week 4 haul is Rs 106 crore.
Dhurandhar received a massive New Year boost and managed to increase its earning by 43% on Thursday. After earning an estimated Rs 11 crore on Wednesday, it earned Rs 15.75 crore on Thursday.
While Agastya Nanda-Dharmendra film earned an estimated Rs 7 crore on its first day after release, Dhurandhar earned more than double at Rs 15.75 crores. Jio Studios, who have produced both films, decreased the number of theatres showing Dhurandhar to give an advantage to Ikkis. However, the Sriram Raghavan film has received largely positive reviews and it is expected to extend its footprint in the coming days. Meanwhile, Dhurandhar will soon be entering its fifth week but is still doing better than any of its fresh competition.
Domestic net collection of Dhurandhar is now Rs 739 crore, as per Sacnilk. With the weekend approaching, the film will see another spike in its collections as it stays strong against the new competition, Sriram Raghavan's Ikkis.
The first day of the New Year proved to be another big day for Dhurandhar as it earned Rs 15.75 crore at the box office despite a drop in screens as Ikkis released.
