Rajnath shuffles pack

BJP vice-president Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi was today stripped of the charge of Election and Sahyog cells. This is the second setback suffered by Naqvi, who was first removed as a spokesman of the party by Rajnath Singh soon after the latter assumed the party presidentship.

Naqvi is now left with the solitary charge of Haryana now. General secretary Ananth Kumar has been assigned the Election and Sahyog cells.

Former Union minister Yashwant Sinha retains charge of External Affairs8217; cell.

A disgruntled Shatrughan Sinha has been given the Cultural cell while spokesman Ravi Shankar Prasad has lost charge of the Legal and Investors8217; cell, which has gone to Arun Sathe.
