Minister attacked
PATNA: Union Minister of State for Food Processing Sayed Shahnwaz Hussain was injured when some people threw stones at him during a public meeting at Jokahat in Araria district on Tuesday. State Director General of Police K A Jacob said that the minister was injured when he was hit by a stone. A search was on to nab the culprits, he added. Leader of Opposition Sushil Kumar Modi and BJP State spokesperson Kiran Ghai alleged that supporters of Rashtriya Janata Dal had pelted stones at the Minister.
