Bening is hearing the loudest Oscar buzz in the best actress category playing a caring,but at times acerbic,mother trying to maintain control of her unravelling household after her and her lesbian partners Moore teenage kids meet their sperm donor dad,portrayed by Mark Ruffalo. Kids also is gathering steam as a possible best film Oscar contender,while Moore,Ruffalo and director Lisa Cholodenko are considered in the running for supporting actor and director categories,respectively.

camp is coy about his possible Hangover 2 cameo. On Monday,a spokesman for Clinton would neither confirm nor deny that the former president had filmed a cameo appearance in The Hangover 2,a sequel to the hit Todd Phillips comedy. Over the weekend the Internet was abuzz with reports from Web sites like TMZ.com and People.com that said Clinton had been filmed in a small role for The Hangover 2 while on a trip to Bangkok. TMZ.com also posted photographs that it said showed Clinton on the set. The Hangover 2,an R-rated comedy about a bachelor party in Las Vegas that goes very,very wrong,was one of the biggest box office hits last year.

and Oscar winner Denzel Washington have been tapped as co-hosts of the Nobel Peace Prize Concert in Norway,the events organisers said on Thursday. Performers at the concert,which will take place on December 11 in Oslo,range from veteran rocker Elvis Costello to current pop sensation Robyn and include jazz funk act Jamiroquai,Mandy singer Barry Manilow and pianist Herbie Hancock. This years show honours Nobel Peace Prize laureate Liu Xiaobo,the Chinese dissident writer and human rights activist who is currently imprisoned in his home country. Past winners of the Nobel Peace Prize have included Nelson Mandela,Mother Teresa and U.S. President Barack Obama.
