The video has since gone viral, triggering a backlash against drunk driving. “Atleast 10 years of prison without parole or bail should be the punishment,” a user wrote. “Glad that everyone was able to react and save themselves. Quick Reflex and Quick Thinking,” another user commented.
“Situational awareness saves them all. It was just in moments. We need some serious laws for drunk/drugs driving. These buggers should spend a lifetime in jail. Sadly, they will be out on bail to kill someone by driving recklessly,” a third user reacted. “That scooty guy escaped narrowly,” a fourth user commented.
As per the report, no major injuries or deaths were reported. However, the man driving the two-wheeler sustained minor injuries and was taken to a hospital. A complaint has been registered under the jurisdiction of the Jeevan Bima Nagar Traffic Police Station.
