PUNE, Sept 1: The PMC has started collecting samples of loose groundnut oil to ensure against its being adulterated with mustard oil and sold in the city. Samples of mustard oil were taken from three wholesale traders, D.D. Chandakkar, assistant health officer licence, PMC said.
