Applications invited for literacy award

  • Applications have been invited by Bombay City Social Committee for the Yashwantrao Chavan Literacy award to honour individuals or organisations in the field of literacy and social development in the state.   • Blood donation drive at Tardeo

  • The Janata Kendra will conduct a blood donation drive in the memory of Dr P V Mandlik at Tulsiwadi, Tardeo, on February 15. The drive will be conducted at three locations in the locality from 9 am to 1 pm. For details call Vishwanath Tawde on 494 7668.
  • MTNL opens new counters

  • The Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited has opened new registration counters which will work between 10 am to 1 pm everyday except Sunday and holidays at LBS Marg and Highway Link Road at Ghatkopar and Govandi station road at Deonar.

  • Interest-free loan for students

  • India Foundation has invited applications for loans to students aspiring for higher studies in India or abroad.
