Criminal held under MPDA

The city police has arrested a notorious criminal from Bhandup and booked him under the Maharashtra Prevention of Slumlords, Bootleggers, Drug Offenders and Dangerous Persons Act, 1981.

Mathura alias Wada Paw alias Rajnarayan Patel is known to be a dreaded criminal and his illegal and criminal activities have terrorised the residents of the Bhandup locality.

He has been sent to Nashik jail at the orders of city Police Commissioner Ronnie H Mendonca.
