NASHIK, FEB 10: The Anti-Corruption Bureau ACB have arrested a assistant engineer of Maharashtra State Electric Board MSEB D Madhukar Dattatray Borse for accepting bribe from an adivasi farmer at Vani in Dindori tehsil on Tuesday.

According to police sources a adivasi farmer Lahanu Gaikawad of Chandikapur village lodged a complaint with the ACB officers against MSEB assistant engineer Borse for demanding a bribe of Rs 3,000 from him for giving electric connection.

ACB officers laid a trap and caught the assistant engineer red-handed in his office when he was accepting the bribe.
