The Aditya Birla Group-promoted Idea Cellular, India's fifth-largest mobile operator, is finally up and running in Mumbai.

The Aditya Birla Group-promoted Idea Cellular, India8217;s fifth-largest mobile operator, is finally up and running in Mumbai. Idea already provides mobile services in 11 of 22 telecoms service areas and has licences for the others.
