I exercise five times a week

Breakfast is usually eggs and oatmeal. Lunch is regular home food8211;dal, roti, rice and sabzi.

Breakfast is usually eggs and oatmeal. Lunch is regular home food8211;dal, roti, rice and sabzi. Dinner is either fish or a chicken breast, I try to eat less carbs at night. Every weekend, I don8217;t follow a fixed diet and eat whatever I feel like eating.

What8217;s your exercise routine?
I exercise five times a week. I do a lot of cardio and some lightweight training.

What8217;s your favourite food?
I like grilled food and steaks.

Is there anything you binge on?
I have a sweet tooth so I sometimes binge on dark chocolate.
