DIET
Contrary to what nutritionists say, I never eat breakfast. I drink a litre of water as soon as I wake up and have some coffee a little later. I have a light lunch of salads or soup, or dal, vegetables and roti. I don8217;t eat a heavy meal because I feel drowsy while shooting. Dinner, however, is complete8212;seafood with some dal and vegetables if I8217;m home. I eat out quite often as well. I love fruits and salads, so I keep gorging on them. And I8217;m lucky not to have a sweet tooth.

EXERCISE
I8217;m addicted to exercise. I go to the gym every morning, and do half an hour of cardio and then some body toning exercises. I run at the racecourse every evening8212;I love this as the greenery and open spaces are refreshing. I also do power yoga three to four times a week. This is great exercise without sweating it out too much. I prefer to exercise in the morning, as I think my whole day goes better.

PROBLEM AREAS
I don8217;t have any problem areas, but I8217;m never satisfied. I8217;m always pushing myself.
