DIET
I HAVE a heavy breakfast comprising eggs, cheese and toast. I don8217;t eat between meals. Lunch is healthy Punjabi cuisine8212;paneer, dal and chicken8212;cooked in minimal oil. I avoid eating carbs at dinner and stay away from roti and rice. I also love junk food like burgers, pizzas and submarine sandwiches once a week. I have a major sweet tooth and love Indian mithai like barfi, peda and gaajar halva. But I instantly put on weight, so I8217;ve given up sweets.

EXERCISE
I WORK out six times a week and alternate between cardio and weights. I have a gym at home and exercise with my personal trainer. Our aim, at the moment, is a toned body for me. I absolutely love working out. Also, it8217;s a must in my profession to stay fit, so I try not to miss my sessions.

PROBLEM AREAS
LIKE all Punjabis, I have a love handle problem, but I8217;m working hard on it.
