
What8217;s your fitness mantra?
I try and do a little bit of everything. Weights, cardio and yoga.
Tell us about your daily diet.
Breakfast is usually a standard meal of toast and eggs. For lunch I eat whatever is cooked at home 8211; dal, roti, sabzi. I try and eat at home as much as possible. Dinner varies from time to time and I try to keep it light.
What is your exercise routine?
I try and do a little bit of everything to keep in shape. I visit the gym as often as I can. Working out is a mix of cardio and weights. After one and a half hours of strenuous exercise, yoga is a great way to cool down. So, my workouts are followed by some stretching and breathing exercises.
What is your favourite food?
It8217;s home cooked Indian food.
Is there anything you binge on?
Brownies with ice cream. It8217;s my all time favourite.
