How I Keep Fit

I don8217;t know what it is to put on weight because I have always been into sports and dance. Also, being slim is in my genes.

I am averse to junk food and eat a lot of fruits. Though I avoid oily food, I love ghee.

I don8217;t know what it is to put on weight because I have always been into sports and dance. Also, being slim is in my genes.

Do you not exercise at all?

I go for a walk or run. I always do something to remain active.

Are you careful about your diet?

I am normally averse to junk food and eat a lot of fruits instead. However, there are times when I don8217;t want to even touch fruits. Though I always avoid oily and fried food, I can8217;t resist ghee.

What is your daily diet like?

I have a very heavy breakfast. It could be paranthas and vegetables or four to five dosas. I never skip breakfast. Even if I wake up at five in the morning, I have my breakfast.

Lunch is usually roti, sabzi, dal, rice, salads and curd. Strangely, I can have a proper lunch only if I have had a good breakfast. If I8217;ve skipped breakfast, then I have no appetite for lunch either. I think my stomach prefers remaining empty then.

Do you love snacks?

I don8217;t snack much. I munch some banana chips or a handful of dry fruits once in a while, but that8217;s all. I don8217;t like sitting down with a packet of chips and finishing it at one go.
