Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu Box Office Collection Day 10: Chiranjeevi film crosses Rs 175 mark in India, earns over Rs 300 cr worldwide

Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu Box Office Collection Day 10: Chiranjeevi’s latest family drama Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu continues to bring audiences to theatres even after the Sankranti rush. And now, it has become the highest-grossing film of the Megastar’s career, after crossing the Rs 300 crore mark worldwide. According to industry tracker Sacnilk, on day 10, Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu earned Rs 4.2 crore, taking its domestic total to Rs 175.85 crore.

On Wednesday, the film recorded 18.22% theatre occupancy for its Telugu-language shows. Morning shows registered 13.09%, afternoon shows 16.66%, evening shows 24.02%, and night shows 19.10%. In the Hyderabad region, the film had 512 shows with 17.75% occupancy, while Bengaluru hosted 461 shows with 10.00% occupancy.

With a reported budget of Rs 200 crore, the film is way ahead of its breakeven mark, as it has already crossed Rs 300 crore at the worldwide box office. The blockbuster is giving tough competition to Prabhas starrer The Raja Saab, which also released at the theatres around Sankranti. On its day 12, the film saw a sharp fall, as it couldn’t even collected a crore (only Rs 80 lakhs). Ravi Teja’s Bhartha Mahasayulaku Wignyapthi experienced a similar crash at the box office. The film only minted Rs 55 lakhs on its seventh day of release, taking its total to Rs 12.65 crore.

Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu is bankrolled by Shine Screens and Gold Box Entertainments. Helmed by Anil Ravipudi, it also stars Nayanthara in the lead role, along with a cameo appearance by Venkatesh.
