Most of the time, Mani Shankar Aiyar is far too outspoken. But when it came to endorsing Prime Minister Manmohan Singh8217;s terse message to the Left on the non-negotiable finality of the nuclear deal with the US, Aiyar chose to seek shelter under the rule book 8212;- something he otherwise doesn8217;t mind ignoring. Asked about his reaction to the PM8217;s remarks, Aiyar said: 8220;I have no opinion. Even if I have an opinion, as a Cabinet minister I will raise it only in the Cabinet.8221;
