DTS to launch Software Technology Park

AURANGABAD, JULY 2: The Government said the Department of Telecom Services DTS would leverage its existing communication infrastructure in the country to launch its Software Technology Park STP operations by October this year.

Under the upcoming venture DTS would bring strong communication infrastructure to the alliance while the state governments would provide the land and building for the STP facility.

Ghosh, however, declined to give the number of STPs that the department would target in the first year or the locations at which the DTS parks would come up.
