While Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi was being questioned by the Indian press over what happened in Vienna and was upset at not being able to meet Sonia Gandhi, he was not completely 8220;friendless8221; in New Delhi. At his lecture at Hyatt Regency on Indo-China relations, among those anxiously waiting to meet him were Pakistan Ambassador Shahid Malik and the RSP8217;s Abani Roy. MEA mandarins, who were trailing the Chinese Foreign minister, were hardly amused at their presence.
